Your privacy is important.

The information you submit via the VACC website is not made available to the public or shared with third parties unless previously agreed upon by the individual supplying the information.  Before any formal consultation begins, a nondisclosure agreement protecting all confidential information will be signed.

Collection of information.

VACC only collects information from individuals when they provide it voluntarily.  When information is collected we always identify the purposes for which the information is to be used.  Information is only retained as long as necessary for fulfillment of the purposes stated before collection.  We invite you to browse the VACC site, submit an inquiry through the Request Information page knowing that we are not copying or collecting personal information.

Disclosure of information.

Under limited circumstances, nonpublic information about you may be disclosed in order to comply with an enforceable subpoena or summons issued by a Federal, State or Local government agency, or as necessary to lawfully respond to an inquiry or complaint from such an agency.  Information may also be disclosed as a part of any actual or threatened legal proceedings or other dispute resolution proceedings initiated by or against VACC.  In these instances, VACC will disclose only the information necessary to file, pursue, or defend against the legal action and will take reasonable precautions to ensure that the information disclosed does not become part of the public domain.  Finally, in conjunction with a prospective purchase, sale or merger of all or part of VACC, LLC, information may be disclosed to prospective partners with appropriate precautions to ensure that information disclosed in the course of review is minimized.

Our online Request Information form uses modern SSL encryption to secure transmission of your information. This is a proven method of insuring that the transmission of sensitive data is kept secure.

Content use.

The content available through the VACC website is the sole property of VACC, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws.  VACC owned content received through the website may only be downloaded, displayed, reformatted or printed for personal, non-commercial use.  You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received through the VACC website to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization without prior written consent of VACC.

Limit of liability.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, VACC, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST OR IMPUTED PROFITS OR ROYALTIES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE VACC WEBSITE AND ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OBLIGATION ARISING THERE FROM OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER LIABILITY IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY) AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIMS THAT THESE EXCLUSIONS DEPRIVE SUCH PARTY OF AN ADEQUATE REMEDY.
